GID Enterprises Refund/Return Policy

This Refund/Return Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for the digital services, products, and subscriptions (“Services”) provided by GID Enterprises LLC (registered in the United States) and GID Enterprises (registered in Pakistan) (“GID Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
1. General Policy Overview
Our Services are designed to meet the unique needs of our Clients through various pricing models, including subscription-based plans and one-time payments. Please note that our refund and return practices differ depending on the type of Service purchased.
2. Subscription-Based Services
Cancellation of Subscription
- No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed for a subscription period, no refunds will be issued for that period.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided that you notify us at least 15 days before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation will prevent further charges at the start of the next billing period.
- Continuation of Service: Upon cancellation, your access to subscription-based Services will continue until the end of the current paid period. After that period, access will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
3. One-Time Payments and Completed Projects
Non-Refundable Nature
- One-Time Purchases: All Services or products purchased on a one-time basis are non-refundable. Once payment has been completed, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Delivered Projects: For Services where the deliverable has been completed and provided to you, no refunds will be offered. This includes, but is not limited to, completed websites, mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns, graphic designs, and similar projects.
Data Retention for Future Updates
- Retention Period: We retain project data for at least one year from the date of delivery to facilitate any future updates or support. This retention does not imply any obligation to provide refunds or additional services unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement.
4. Special Considerations
Service-Specific Terms
- Service Agreements: In some cases, the specific terms related to refunds, cancellations, or modifications may be detailed in a separate Service Agreement that you enter into with GID Enterprises. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the Service Agreement will prevail.
Exceptions and Discretion
- No Refund Exceptions: Except as explicitly stated in the Service Agreement or required by law, GID Enterprises does not offer refunds or returns for any Services rendered.
- Discretionary Adjustments: While refunds are not standard practice, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer credits or alternative resolutions at our sole discretion. Such decisions will be documented in writing.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a subscription-based Service, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Send an email to support@gidenterprise.com indicating your intent to cancel your subscription.
- Advance Notice: Ensure that your cancellation request is submitted at least 15 days before your next billing cycle.
- Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation via email, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
