GID Enterprises Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of the Services provided by GID Enterprises LLC (registered in the United States) and GID Enterprises (registered in Pakistan) (“GID Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website https://gidenterprise.com and associated digital services. By purchasing and using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

1. Scope of Cancellation

This Policy applies to all Services offered by GID Enterprises, including subscription-based services, one-time purchases, and project-based engagements. It is important to note that cancellation rights and procedures differ depending on the nature of the Service.

2. Cancellation of Subscription-Based Services

2.1. Cancellation Process

  • Notification Requirement:
    You may cancel any subscription-based Service by notifying us at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. To cancel, please send an email to support@gidenterprise.com with your account details and a clear statement of your intention to cancel.
  • Service Continuation:
    Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription-based Service until the end of the current paid subscription period. No further charges will be applied to your account after the cancellation takes effect.
  • No Refunds:
    Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will only affect future billing cycles; any fees already paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable.

2.2. Confirmation

  • Cancellation Confirmation:
    Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and confirm the cancellation via email. This confirmation will indicate the effective cancellation date and the termination of access at the end of the current billing period.

3. Cancellation of One-Time Purchases and Completed Projects

  • Non-Cancellable:
    One-time purchases and Services that have been fully delivered (e.g., completed websites, mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns, graphic designs) are non-cancellable. Once payment is completed and the deliverable is provided, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Project-Based Engagements:
    Any Service engagement governed by a specific Service Agreement, wherein deliverables are provided or a project is underway, is considered binding upon acceptance. Cancellation of such engagements will not result in a refund of any fees already paid.

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Service Agreements

  • Notice Period:
    For ongoing or project-based engagements that extend over a period of time, you may request cancellation by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance of the desired termination date. Such notice must be sent to support@gidenterprise.com.
  • Termination of Services:
    Following receipt of your cancellation notice, we will evaluate the status of the Service. If the Service is subscription-based, it will terminate at the end of the current billing period. For ongoing projects, the cancellation will be effective as specified in your Service Agreement.
  • Outstanding Obligations:
    In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for any fees incurred up to the effective date of cancellation. All fees paid for completed work or delivered milestones remain non-refundable.

5. Effects of Cancellation

  • Access and Data:
    Upon cancellation of a subscription-based Service, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current paid period. For project-based Services, any data or deliverables provided will remain your property, subject to the terms of the relevant Service Agreement. We retain project data for a minimum of one year for potential updates or future reference, after which it may be deleted unless otherwise agreed.
  • No Retroactive Refunds:
    Cancellation does not entitle you to a retroactive refund for any portion of the Service that has already been rendered.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website and, where appropriate, through an email notification. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
